Beach Bums

Calin Coburn Collections ©2004

Clarence "Bob" Nolan, before the inception of the Sons of the Pioneers, was a self-professed beach bum. He loved the life but it did not put any bread on the table once the lifeguards were downsized. Chances are, if it hadn't been for the Depression, there would have been no Sons of the Pioneers as we know them.
