The Cougar
Calin Coburn found this photo in an album his mother, Roberta Nolan Mileusnich, had assembled of Bob Nolan's photographs. There was no identifying mark on the picture but it is obviously a professional shot by, perhaps, a Republic Pictures photographer. The only movie in which the Sons of the Pioneers shared the script with a cougar was "My Pal Trigger." This photograph was not clear enough to tell if it was a fresh kill, a trophy rug or a professionally prepared prop for a scene.
