THE TERRY SEVIGNY SCOTT COLLECTION
Theresa Scott, formerly Terry Sevigny, was secretary for the Sons of the Pioneers from 1948-1952. After that time, she did part time work for Tim Spencer "because the Sons of the Pioneers had The Lucky U Ranch Show and the ad agency handled their mail. " She married in 1959 and moved to Albuquerque, "keeping in touch with the Spencers and seeing the Sons on P. A. tours in the area." "Whereas Tim wrote at the office (some unpublished lyrics), none of the Sons kept files there. Hal Spencer donated a lot of Tim's memorabilia to the Western Music Association's silent auctions. I couldn't afford to bid on my own typed work so took snaps of some which interested me, Republic's letter of termination, for instance, with thought of enlarging it sometime." She is sharing her collection of photos with Calin Coburn and, via the Bob Nolan website, the world. Most of the captions are hers.
